Salamo Tuapola - Co-Founder & Director

Salamo, originally from New Zealand, started his career playing rugby across New Zealand, Australia, and the UK before moving to Sydney in 2001. His passion for rugby led him to a global talent recruitment role for rugby clubs, igniting his interest in the recruitment industry.
Prior to establishing Aesthetics Recruitment Australia and Sweven Talent, Salamo excelled in large-scale recruitment campaigns and ran assessment centres for renowned Australian brands across various sectors.

With a strong background in youth mentorship and development, Salamo has also served as a State Facilitator and Recruitment Coordinator, focusing on mentoring and training unemployed individuals from diverse backgrounds. His unique value lies in his deep understanding of the importance of proper team placement and its impact on performance.
