Clinical trainer and educator recruitment for aesthetic device and skincare brands
We place the clinical trainers and educators who teach clinicians to use your device or product well. Good training is what keeps a device in use after the sale. We only recruit in aesthetics, so the trainer we send already knows the clinics, the injectables and the devices, and can teach from real chair-side experience instead of a slide deck.
What a clinical trainer does in your brand, and when you need one
A clinical trainer is the reason a device gets used after the sale closes. They teach the injector, dermal therapist or nurse how to get a result with your product, and they keep teaching after the install when the questions start. A clinic that feels unsure on your device leaves it in the cupboard and stops reordering, and the trainer is who stops that happening.
You need one when you launch a new device, when your install base grows past what your reps can support, or when adverse outcomes and refund requests start tracking back to poor technique rather than the product. The trainer keeps the sale you already made from unravelling.
Why a specialist recruiter beats a generalist for this role
A generalist recruiter sends you a good presenter who has never held a cannula or stood in a treatment room. They can read your material back to a clinic. They cannot answer the question an injector asks halfway through a demo, and the injector knows it within a minute.
We only recruit in aesthetics. Our trainers have treated patients, demoed devices and trained clinical teams. They know why an injector buys, where the technique goes wrong, and how to teach a nurse who has done the treatment a thousand times without talking down to her. That clinical credibility is the job.
How we work
You brief us on the device or product, the clinical level you need the trainer to teach at, and the territory. We shortlist from trainers and clinicians we already know, not a job-board dump. You interview the people we put forward. We check in after they start, because a trainer who doesn't stick leaves your clinics unsupported, and a hire that doesn't stick helps no one.
Questions brands ask us
Can a good general trainer learn the clinical side?
On your time and your payroll, while your clinics wait. Our trainers already have the clinical background, so they can teach your device from day one instead of learning aesthetics first.
Do your clinical trainers need to be registered nurses or have specific qualifications?
Tell us the clinical level your training needs to hit and we match to it. If your device requires a registered nurse, a dermal therapist or a doctor to deliver the training credibly, we shortlist people who hold that.
We need someone who can train across multiple states. Can you find that?
Yes. We recruit Australia-wide and place trainers who are happy to travel a territory or cover a region. Brief us on the footprint and we shortlist for it.
What if the trainer isn't the right fit once they start?
We check in after they begin and stay close through the early weeks. If something isn't working we want to know early and sort it, because a hire that doesn't stick helps no one.
