Account and territory manager recruitment for aesthetic distributors

We place account and territory managers for aesthetic device and skincare distributors: the person who owns a region and holds your clinic relationships. We only recruit in aesthetics. So the manager we send already knows the clinics, the devices and how an injector decides what to buy.

What does an account and territory manager actually do for a distributor?

This is the person who owns a patch of the country and every clinic relationship in it. They keep your existing accounts buying, win new clinics off competitors, run product demos and training, and hit a number every quarter. They are your brand in the room when an injector is choosing between your device and someone else's.

You need one when a region is being neglected, when you're launching into a new state, or when a strong territory manager has walked out the door with their accounts. The relationships are the asset. A weak hire loses them quietly, and you find out at the next quarter.

Why a specialist recruiter beats a generalist for this hire

A generalist recruiter sends you a capable salesperson who has never worked in aesthetics. They learn your industry on your time and your payroll, and clinics can smell it in the first meeting. In a region where relationships take months to build, that ramp costs you accounts.

We only recruit in aesthetics. The managers we put in front of you have already carried a territory, demoed devices, sat with clinic owners and know why an injector picks one supplier over another. They start selling instead of catching up.

How ARA fills the role

You brief us on the region, the product and the kind of clinics you sell to. We shortlist from people we already know in aesthetics, not a job-board dump. You interview a short list of people who fit. After the placement starts, we check in to make sure the hire is settling and the accounts are holding.

We tell you when we don't have the right person for a patch rather than padding a list. A hire that doesn't stick helps no one.

Questions brands ask us

Why not just use a general sales recruiter for a territory role?

You can. They'll send you a strong salesperson who has never worked in aesthetics and learns the industry on your payroll. We only recruit in aesthetics, so our candidates already know the clinics, the devices and how an injector buys.

Can you find someone who already has clinic relationships in a specific region?

That's most of what we do. We work Australia-wide and we know who carries which territories. We can tell you who's good in your patch and who might move for the right brand.

We're launching into a new state. Can you build the territory from scratch?

Yes. We'll find you a manager who knows the clinics in that state and can open doors from day one, instead of someone starting cold with a map and a list.

What if the person doesn't work out?

We check in after they start, so problems surface early instead of at the next quarter's numbers. If a placement doesn't stick, talk to us. A hire that doesn't stick helps no one.
